Welcome to True Wind, the TFL.org-approved fanlisting dedicated to Luc!
Luc is one of the many characters from the video game series Suikoden, one of the few characters who appear in more than just one game and also my favourite Suikoden character.

I do hope everyone likes this layout, since it took me a lot of time to figure out and arrange (I'm used to iframes and I'm very, very lazy) and every time I tried adding some popups my PC would notify me some error.

Oh and, by the way, take a look at the "Codes" section, too. It took me a few time to make so many codes (they're not a hundred, but they're much more than my average set of 8 codes).

One last thing: this site is best viewed with Internet Explorer.
