Have you ever felt like you were caught in a time loop you couldn't possibly break out of? Then chances are you've read this sprite-based comic! I started this comic eons ago, and the fact that it's still running with no regular update schedule with no end in sight kind of speaks for itself. "Shining Pikablu" tells the tale of a war-torn continent where unholy monsters threaten mankind while a bunch of mentally challenged individuals try their "best" to save the day under the command of a genius tactician who may or may not be a pokémon.
